Banned: John Wick and Abang Im

More Info: I was called to the scene where the victim's base had been boosted into and looted, found John Wick's name and Abang Im's name in the loot logs. Both are based in the same base with a third suspect, but with no evidence I will not charge the third individual with a crime. I gave them a warning note. However, roughly an hour later I was summoned to yet another incident and low and behold I find John Wick's name again. They have robbed and looted multiple individuals, and are therefore banned from the server.
