I got banned by mistake even though I didn't steal the boat.

Even though my base is in the center of the map and I don't use a boat, a stranger wrote my name in the chat without permission and reported me as a BAN. I'm being falsely accused.

Banned for Raiding other players bases. 

These are the server rules:

No raiding, griefing, or looting of any kind.
No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, racism, or harassment.
No camping loot rooms, monuments, or any highly concentrated areas.
No building around monuments, or large areas of unused land.
You may build on rivers as long as you're not blocking passage for other players.
You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players.
No current real-world controversial topics or politics chat and/or imagery
Be a decent human being.

That's why I don't attack other players' bases. Where is the evidence?

Even though I read the rules and played RUST as a decent person, I got banned by mistake without any proof, and why did I reply with copy and paste? Please answer the questions thoroughly.

Raiding, harassment or theft of any kind is not allowed on this server. Your and your team mates user profiles were found on the empty boxes in another players base. A small furnace had been placed to stop the player re-entering their own base. You were then seen together returning to base in an attack helicopter by admin, right after another user called you out in chat for stealing an attack helicopter. When an F7 report was raised against you, you changed your name and reconnected. This is not for stealing a boat.

That being said, you will get a second chance. Just one.
The ban will be lifted once 30 days have passed, but it will remain on your record.  There will be no additional chances as this post should encourage you to change how you behave in our servers and to abide by the rules.

Take a few minutes before rejoining, and refresh yourself on the rules to avoid any chance of breaking them. If you are unclear on any of them, or aren't sure what is permitted, reach out to the staff and we'll be happy to clarify them for you.

Saku im not sure if you realize this yet but the RustEZ admins and staff are usually pretty on top of things. Also if you dont get a responce well its because they have RL stuff to deal with too.
