Player was on third warning already. Tonight their attack helicopter was stolen (teamed with Lizard). While admin were investigating the claims (no names could be given just - 'that base over there'), player became aggressive and decided to incite patrol helicopter to attack the base they believed took their heli. They were warned in chat multiple times to not do it. When they shot and Patrol Heli attacked the base they were kicked and then banned for griefing.

Dear Admins,

I'm RZ Gaming, playing on this server for than 500 hours. On last Saturday, as admin bluelambb said, I was attacking the heli from my base. Suddenly heli ran away from me and another player (3 players)  heli and took it down. (My damage : 4000+ , Other Player 380) I went to the crash point and talk to them to share the crates, but they refused to give me anything. I told them to read the rules but they didn't listen to me. After that i called my team mate "Lizard" to build a new base, but while we were building one of those players who looted the crates stole my heli. I report this to admin at that time. Admin came there and asked the player name, but i didn't noticed the name. I asked admin to check the heli but they said they cannot find that heli on the buyers list. I was really angry that time so i tried to attack their base. i know that is wrong but those players were new to the server and didn't care about the rules. Im playing on this server for so long now and i really love it. I'm really sorry about the incident and I'm asking you to forgive me and unban me. Hope i'll have a reply.

Thankyou for appealing.

Your actions in that moment were unacceptable. We explained the situation and were doing everything we could. Taking action into your own hands and griefing another base will not be tolerated. 

That being said, you will get a second chance. Just one.
The ban will be lifted once 2 weeks have passed, but it will remain on your record.  There will be no additional chances as this post should encourage you to change how you react in our servers and to abide by the rules.

Take time now to reflect on better ways to deal with your anger and frustration. Refresh yourself on the rules to avoid any chance of breaking them. If you are unclear on any of them, or aren't sure what is permitted, reach out to the staff and we'll be happy to clarify them for you.

● No raiding, griefing or looting of any kind.
● No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, politics, racism or harassment.
● No camping loot rooms, monuments or any highly concentrated areas.
● You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players.
● No blocking water ways, building around monuments or large areas of unused land.
