Tabbed back into game now banned

So I was chillin in the outpost trying to sort out my Midi stuff to test out Rustissimo on the piano, and i alt tabbed to stop the concert and retry with a different song. I tabbed back in and my game had kicked me to the server select. So I tried joining again and said i was kicked due to racism? Not sure what this was about, so if possible, id love to hear back
