Length: Permanent until appealed.
Reason: Looting and griefing.
More Info:

The player has received two previous warnings for looting from other players, both given on May 8th.

Today in global chat, someone asked the offender, "Is this your base?" When I arrived, they were actively de-spawning all the loot in a player's base, which had been completely emptied. Given their prior history, I issued a ban.
