US Pure Ban - Chadanooga

More Info (Optional): Chadanooga was first warned on 06/10/2024 for accessing bases through base exploits. 

On 06/19/2024 Chadanooga once again accessed a players base raiding accessing anything unlocked and stealing the majority of those items.
They proceeded to alter the base and add locks to items locking the owner out of the base and items within that still remained.
Chadanooga was sent the following console warning "Stealing, Raiding and Griefing of players, bases, deployables and modes of transport are all against the server rules and bannable offences. Please type /rules in chat to avoid future warnings or possible server ban. Any further stealing and griefing will result in a ban from our servers"

After a review of their base and the contents it did appear that more players may have fallen victim to this players raiding.

Today (06/26/2024) I was alerted to a player that had been raided.
Upon investigation it was found that Chadanooga was the only player on all the logs with missing items. 
All items were found within the players base.

Chadanooga was given ample opportunity to read and adhere to the servers rules.

Chadanooga had no regard for the players they raided and the gameplay they impacted by doing so.

Player has been banned for continuous raiding.

Hi, I was seeing if its possible to be unbanned. I should have listened when warned and did not. I accept full responsibility and waited to even attempt to unban due to being an ass and taking advantage of the numerous warnings i was given. Which is not OK and honestly I've tried playing other PVE servers and they don't compare to this one. Can I please be given another chance to be unbanned on the server?

While I appreciate you acknowledging the server rules, you were informes of the rules and given ample opportunity to learn and adhere to those rules in three different occasions In order to remain a part of the RustEZ community. 

With the amount of players affected that still play on our server who play by those rules it would be an injustice to accept your ban appeal at this time.
