More Info (Optional): Player joined the server and came across a base and player and started to harass and annoy that player. 
sillycat was kicked with instructions to read the rules before rejoining.

sillycat rejoined the server and continued to harass the same player. 
A console warning was issued informing the player that raiding, stealing, harassing and griefing of players, bases, deployables and modes of transport were all against the rules and bannable offences. They were encouraged to type /rules in chat once again to avoid future warnings or possible server ban should they continue to break the rules.

sillycat left the player and the players base.
He came across a mini and then crashed the stolen mini. He trekked across the map on foot and announced that he was going to return to the base of the player he was originally harassing.
sillycat did get back to the base with that same player and was asked to leave him alone. 
Instead he jumped into the players sidecar of his motorcycle and would not leave.

sillycat was given numerous chances to read, know and play by the rules of RustEZ. They were informed that stealing and harassing were against the rules and made it a point to traverse across the map in order to continue his harassment of a player.

A permanent ban was placed for continued player harassment and to minimize further impact to our rule abiding community.
