Player joined the server and began going around griefing and harassing players. They admitted to being sillycat (their main account which was already banned) and admitted to griefing. Player was kicked and advised to review the server rules before rejoining.

After rejoining, they immediately began harassing players and continued to grief and steal. Considering the prior warnings and ban on their main account and the warning they received on this account. A ban has been issued to prevent further disruption to the server.
