Player was reported for raiding a base by running in after the owner went inside. He looted from vending machines and tried to blow a way out of the base. He build next to his victim and trapped another player in his base. As soon as I came online to investigate the situation he already had the other player trapped in the base. He was kicked by Fly to read the rules and come back. In the meantime I warned him for raiding and griefing.  When he came back he caused more trouble which lead me to file the ban.
