Rules splash screen.

I don't know if this can be done or if it's an optic you'd want for the servers but it I think it would be a huuge help to the community to have first time visitors to EZ see a spash screen with a list of the rules and a checkbox saying "ive read the rules" with language options. It appears only once ever, on the whatever EZ server they visit first. Honestly it feels like every day we get ppl breaking the rules out of ignorance. I feel like this could cut down the problems and drama but a large %. Or at least it would diminish the number of trouble makers using the excuse that they didn't know the rules. Considering the game is centered on stealing, killing and destroying, it would be helpful if ppl could see immediately that is not allowed on EZ.
