US Pure Ban - SuolainenPippuri

More Info (Optional):  Player along with teammate stole another players vehicle by accessing the lift from the players base and removing the lock at least 2x.
When confronted by the owner  SuolainenPippuri started to accuse the owner of stealing the vehicle from them and their base.
SuolainenPippuri does not have a build on our server to steal from.  

SuolainenPippuri saw an opportunity to access the players base and entered the build authorizing on the players TC and locking the TC preventing access to the base owner.  
SuolainenPippuri access all the base owners boxes and deployables.

When informed that stealing is not permitted and neither is harassing players they were instructed to leave the base, player and vehicle alone.  
They jumped into the vehicle again and was informed that a ban will be issued should they continue to linger, harass and try and take the vehicle.

This players teammate was banned and instead of leaving the base/vehicle owner alone they continued to hang around demanding to know why their friend was banned.

Ban issued for continued player harassment and griefing.
