More Information: Player was warned twice last month for accessing other players bases through base exploits and stealing. The first warning was on 11/27 and the second warning was on 11/29. 

Today the player yet again accessed another players base through base exploits to steal from the owner sleeping inside. Given the repeat infractions over a short period of time, the player has made it evident that they have a disregard for the server rules. A ban has been issued to prevent further disruption to the community.

hi I understand stealing is wrong... I was given 1 warning and followed with no taking anythiung from anyone else for the rest of the duration of the wipe. I just started this wipe and made a farm and thats i... went afk. and now im banned. I would appreciate it if i got another chance becuase this is how I like to enjoy my free time.

I think today I opened somones body to see what they had but i did not take anything... not a single item.

The second warning was from Northstarz on 11/29 after you accessed another players base by twigging and laddering and also stole the players mini helicopter.

Today a player logged back online and reported items missing. Your name was found on their inventory. With both my warning and Northstarz's, you were informed of the rules, where to find them and encouraged to reach out to admins if you had questions on these. In your last warning, it was made clear that repeat issues could result in a ban from the server. Per that warning and the repeat offense, a ban has been implemented on your account.

Was there not anyone elses name on the body because I did not take anything. and I wasnt even aware of my first "warning" that i was given. once I was made aware I aknolaged that I shoudlnt steal so how is that fair to give me 1 warning and then instantly ban me for not doing anything? I get you are doing yopur job but it is unfair and a waste of my time tonight tryingt to have fun playing a game I enjoy after working all day just to get banned for not doing anything wrong.

Both warnings previously issued went through successfully, admins see confirmation of this when they are sent. These warnings display on the players screen in a way that is impossible to miss and require acknowledgement in order to continue gameplay. You were informed twice that accessing other player's bases and stealing is against the rules and still chose to do so today. Whether or not another player broke the rules is irrelevant to your situation. The logs shown above prove that you did access another players base and their inventory, thereby breaking the rules and earning then ban.

accessing the body is a crime? i talked with other players adn thewy said i was framed somone else stole the stuff and because i was last top touch it i got blamed

Other players are not informed of what is found upon an investigation. Other players also are not able to falsify logs and the logs are clear that you were breaking the server rules. You were informed twice that accessing another player and their belongings is against the rules. You were given ample opportunity to adhere to our rules. I wish you luck in finding a server more suited to your play style.

Hi @chadalack I'm A3, the head admin on US Pure.  After receiving the request to review your ban, I went back into our evidence logs to ensure the facts surrounding this ban are correct.  After my review of the evidence, i can see that you did in fact receive two warnings last month (on the 27th as well as the 29th) for the same infractions of laddering/twigging onto other players bases as evidenced by the multiple logs posted above in the original ban post.  

Regarding todays incident, I reviewed the investigation, as well as the logs on the player in question, and while you may not have taken any items from the players sleeper, it's still against the server rules to access items, players, sleepers, vehicles or deployables that don't belong to you.  additionally, it's also against the server rules to enter another player's base without permission unless that base is clearly marked as being open and accessible to the public.  the base in question was fully secured with the exception of a hole in the roof which had to be parkoured up on to to be accessed.  

Given the evidence logged here, as well as having been given three strikes allowing you plenty of opportunity to become a rule abiding member of our community, it's my opinion that the ban is just at this time and will not be lifted.

I did not parcore into anyone's base though. I walked in through a front door. And idk where this "2" warnings came from I'm 100% I talked with somone. They told me rules. I agreed to not break rules. Then I read the rules and all the stuff I've been told is not in that rule list. I already apologized for my wrongs I don't get how I'm at 3 strikes I just started this wipe and didn't do anything to hurt anyone the only person effected so far this wipe has been me.
