Reason: Raiding/Looting/Griefing

More Info: The victim logged in and said in chat that they had been robbed. I arrived on the scene and there were two names, however upon closer inspection I saw that there were walls and a foundation placed by one of the players as well as building privilege now belonging to the thief. I have banned them from the server, they won't be able to steal or grief anyone else.
