On 04/04/2024 TRANN-EE-the-T-REX was warned for inappropriate language in chat. They were informed of the server rules at that time.

On 04/17/2024 TRANN-EE-the-T-REX was warned for building across large areas of land build blocking other players and their builds over those grids.

On 07/04/2024 TRANN-EE-the-T-REX was warned and informed about our rules on river builds as their build was blocking access to another players build impeding that player boat access.

On 10/06/2024 TRANN-EE-the-T-REX was warned for placing barricades along the train tracks spanning over grids that was impacting and impeding the gameplay of others.
At this time the warning issued urging that player type /rules in chat. They were informed in that warning that any further rule infraction may now result in a ban from our servers.

Today (01/17/2025) It was reported that this player has built and was gearing their gameplay to annoy, harass, grief and impede the gameplay of another player and team. 
After investigating the claim and logs I found that TRANN-EE-the-T-REX did in fact build a couple towers with the specific intention of griefing that teams members and compound with the intention of further griefing them.

All attempts to warn, talk and curb the gameplay of TRANN-EE-the-T-REX to align with the server rules has failed and a permanent ban was issued.

Dear Server Administration,

 

I am writing to sincerely apologize for my actions that violated the server rules and caused disruption to the gameplay experience of others. I take full responsibility for my behavior and regret the frustration it brought to the players and staff who work so hard to maintain this community.

 

I understand the seriousness of my mistakes and the impact they had, and I am committed to ensuring that this behavior will not happen again. I deeply value the time I’ve spent on this server and the sense of community it has offered. I’ve put countless hours into building and participating in events like the Christmas competition, which I was fortunate enough to win. Beyond my gameplay, I’ve also supported the server financially by purchasing items from the store, knowing that it helps keep the server running smoothly for everyone.

 

I am humbly requesting the opportunity to rejoin the server under a probationary period. I am more than willing to follow any conditions you feel are necessary to rebuild trust and show my dedication to the rules and the community. My hope is that my contributions and commitment to improving can demonstrate my sincerity in making this appeal.

 

I truly regret the disruption I caused and ask for a second chance to make things right. Thank you for taking the time to consider my request.

@Trann-EE-the-Trexthanks again for participating in the appeals process.  i apologize this reply took some time, but i wanted to make sure i reviewed everything and spoke with the team in regard to this issue in between workdays this week.  

In reviewing the evidence logged by the team for each of your warnings, it's clear that these were all proper warnings for legitimate rule infractions.  Generally, we'll afford a player three strikes before placing a ban on their account giving them ample opportunity to become familiar with our server rules and remain on the server as a rule abiding member of the community.  In this case you were given 4 of those chances, being banned for the 5th infraction.  We also take a look at other contributing factors such as time on the server, and/or general history as a helpful member of the community, which may all be taken into account in the decision to both place a ban, and further, overturn a ban on an appeal should things progress to that point such as in this instance.  

We do appreciate your well thought out and heartfelt ban appeal, and we also appreciate those times where you were a super helpful member of the community, both to individual members, as well as participating in those server wide events that make the monthly wipes fun for everyone!

with that being said, we do have to enforce the server rules consistently for all members of our community, including VIP's, subscribers, or those that regularly make purchases from the website, and cannot offer preferential treatment to anyone beyond their actions within the game itself.  

At this point in time the ban will not be lifted, however we would encourage you to re-appeal at a later date if you choose to do so. 

Edit: After speaking further with the admins and player(s) involved, we have decided to accept your appeal upon the expiration of a 30 day temp ban beginning today.  

Please keep in mind that this is a one time ban reversal and any further infractions of this nature will result in your account being banned permanently.  Please take the time in the meanwhile to review the server rules which include:
 

• No raiding, griefing, or looting of any kind.
• No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, racism, or harassment.
• No camping loot rooms, monuments, or any highly concentrated areas.
• No building around monuments, or large areas of unused land.
• You may build on rivers as long as you're not blocking passage for other players.
• You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players.
• No current real-world controversial topics or politics chat and/or imagery 
• Pipes must only connect containers in close proximity and can not span large distances. 
• You may promote yourself once every 24 hours. You may not promote communities.

I do want to offer my sincere apology  to the community for this event. Looking forward to Feb 24th or March 6th wipe.... Have a fun and safe wipe come Feb 6th to all servers...
