just seems to me that cars are all over the place on only see horses in the beginning. lower spawn rate on cars and more on horses.

We have disabled horses from spawning in the wild this is because you can purchase them from Ranches. If you find a horse in the wild it will most likely belong to another player.

I am interested in what other players think of the zombie rates on our Scourge servers..
