More Info (Optional): Kenny already has a warning on record for looting other players PJs when they've been left unprotected. Previous warning was delivered in English and Spanish to avoid a language barrier and yet I have found Kennys' name and ID on another players PJs who has repeatedly lost fuel this wipe.

Hello cartmon,

First i want to apologie for what happened a few wipes ago and also for this one but it has to be a mistake but i want to know how do you guys get in contact with the players for the warnings because i have not recieved anything from you guys in-game, discord, forums etc.. The only one who warned me was my teammate a few months ago when i told him that i found a pj with fuel and then he told me to do not touch or check pjs not even for see if its protected or not if i don't want to get a ban and thats what i did and do, i didnt touch a pj never again. So i dont know what i did to steal something. The only thing that could have hapenned is that in the public pjs runs that i always do i may took the crude from that pj and put in lgf thinking that was the pubic one by mistake if that pj was close to the public ones area. This is the only way i can think of how something like this could have happened becouse i have not steal anything. So please guys can you check the logs again and see if what im saying is true. The only private pj that i touch and got autho is the one from my teammate that is close to my base.

And of course take that fuel or crude back to that player if you haven't done it already or i'll tell my teammate to do it.

Hi Kenny,

Thanks for apologizing from the start but that does not excuse your actions, especially as this is a repeat offense of the same actions.
We keep thorough notes on all warnings and bans and on 21/11/2024 you were sent the following warning for looting a pumpjack:

"Stealing is strictly against the rules, please do NOT do it again. To check out the rules type /rules in chat! ----- Robar va estrictamente en contra de las reglas, por favor NO lo vuelvas a hacer. Para consultar las reglas, escriba /rules en el chat."

Our plugin for these warnings also tells us in the console when the warning was successfully sent, if the warning can not be sent for any reason, then we document that the warning could not be sent and then we try again at a later time, there was no such note for your warning and as such this suggests that the warning did go through and you'd have received it when you next logged in.

Now, with that out of the way, a player had reported missing fuel from their pumpjack and I went ahead and checked the logs, a screenshot of which is attached to my original post. That player had multiple pumpjacks and your ID was on all of the containers which were outside of their TC radius. There is no possible way to confuse their PJs with a public pumpjack, it's multiple grids away from a monument and well, maybe this screenshot will refresh your memory.

Seeing as you have opted to deny any wrong doing or blame it on an accident, I will not be accepting this appeal at this time.  
The ban will remain in place.
