Reason: stealing / griefing
More Info:

Was reported yesterday for stealing from a player - and was warned, he then returned today and contiunued the same behaviour - therefore issued ban
 

[PlayerReport] XXXXXXXXXXX reported Snatch - "[break_server_rules] looting my body and stealing my mini" - "he stole my mini and then he crashed it with me on it and then he looted my body and he never returned my stuff"
