Torch Holder

when placing a light torch in the holder, its only last say 3 to 4 minutes, you would then have to be another new torch in the holder.  This kind of makes the holders useless.  Is it possible that when a torch is placed in a holder, its life is extended some what.  With the new Aztec style builds, these holders would be an ideal decoration.

Love this suggestion. I only used the torch holder one time because of this reason.

Another option would be to allow a stack of torches in the holder to be consumed one after the other. I.e. put 20 torches in and get 20x the duration.

I'm not sure which would be easier to implement but either option  would be nice.

Yeah i tried 100 but it last the duration of 1 torch

A Similar thing was approached with the candles, it was made that they don't melt/burn out, hopefully the same is possible with the wall torches as they are nice but too short lived as they are.
