Raidable NPC Bases ... revisited?

I know we used to have them and the author stopped updating the mod at the time.. I looked into a mod for raidable bases and found one that was last updated a month ago on umod..

Has both free and paid premium version.. with some interesting additions to the premium version for different events etc.  May be worth revisiting and looking into?

I would love to have the experience of a raidable base like an even thingy once in a while, it is a good idea so the the players entertain through the whole wipe and not the first 2 weeks
