Make BlackMarket Minicopter foldable like BlackMarket Motorbike

On so many levels I just do not use the BM Minicopter like a deployable. It presents a tactical option when I need it do but I have found myself just deploying the foldable motorbike in the situations I found myself in.

the reasons:

- it drops fuel

- extra steps to whip out the hammer

- slow deployment time

 

I understand that it makes it quite a bit more powerful. So double the store price. It's worth it.
