Hello,

Was running at Artic, I have gunned down multiple scientists at this point. VARMINT decides to come in and rush towards the red card rooms. He then agro'd the enemies and had to fight. I then rush to the blue card rooms and swipe. He then jumps in and starts taking all the loot inside after i repeatedly talked over voice chat. He didnt care and continued to grab all the loot and i least got the red card.

hello @J4MB0N3Y and thanks for bringing up this concern with us.  from the website FAQ regarding monuments

Can I call dibs on a public monument or event?

No.

Public monuments (i.e. Oil Rigs or Military Tunnels) and server events , like the Attack Helicopter or Bradley APC spawning, are server-wide events in public spaces and typically aren't meant to be solo'd. If others want to participate there's nothing you can do about it – they want to have fun, the same as you. Compromise is a big part of playing on a community server!

unfortunately if another player participated in the monument to any extent the expectation is that loot is shared amongst yourselves.  sometimes the other player will not respond in chat which is unfortunate, but we dont consider that stealing.  If you'd prefer to solo monuments it might work out better to try during lower population times if possible

So, I swipe my cards... The other guy jumps in before i can and grabs everything off my swipe isnt considered stealing.

there is no singular action that "locks in" or "guarantees" loot for any player, at any monument, if others wish to participate, so no, if the other player participated in the monument it is not considered stealing unfortunately.
