This is plainly stated on the server's loading screen before you enter.

After having a discussion with you on discord, it is clear you have no remorse for using the word at all and do not understand that using the word at all is not acceptable on our servers.

For that reason I am going to reject this appeal.

so you guys waiting i should buy new account and play with it  ? like unwanted character   ,  my character was  very rare handsome lookin , there is no guarannte making new account  will have same look.

i dont want pay extra 19$  gambles for a good lookin character.

So in response to all your points

 

1. I haven't called you "Furkan" anywhere. 

2. I'm really not sure you are aware of how you come across in that conversation. I gave you every opportunity to just accept the use of the word was wrong, I was more than nice to you, reached out to you to try to help you, but you were more Interested in telling me how we were wrong for you using the n word, instead of apologising, accepting the temp ban and moving on. 

3. Team chat is private. You were banned by an auto trigger. Not by an admin. Your statement claiming it's not legal is also extremely false.

It's ironic that you are concerned about team chats privacy, whilst sharing private messages between myself and you.

4. We absolutely can permanently ban you from our servers. 

5. Yes you did say that. But you also continued to make excuses for why you used it, and almost seemed to blame the server for you being caught using the word. 

6. We have always had a no racism policy, and nothing has changed in that regard. The server has been around many, many years and I'm sure will be around many, many more.

look okay dear admins , i was too angry  for get banned instant without warning then i realized its my  own fault , i should not use any word and yes im very much sorry for that

this not gonna be happen , i will be more good and kind player    not gonna say any bad word again

Furkanu,

Unfortunately, you have made choices and now are experiencing the consequences of these actions.

Not only did you make the choice to use the language that got you banned in the first place (by an auto filter, not our admins) you then went on what could only be described as a harassment campaign. You chose to message several players and other admins over a period of days to try and bully the Head admin of the server you played on.

This wasn’t a one time slip – you made ongoing choices that lead you here.

We hold a firm stance on use of words such as what you used, and this ban will not be lifted at this time.

I hope you can take the time to learn and grow from this experience.
