Player stole another players minicopter and crashed it.  Given a console warn and verbally explained that any stealing on our server was against the rules.

Player looted the bodybag of another player.  Given a console warning and told that any further infractions would result in a ban.

Player entered another players base and began harassing them.  When asked to leave, they would not.  It was clear that this player was not going to become a productive member of our community.
