(US) Pure Ban- Grubflex

Player built onto another base attempting to steal their minicopter.  They kicked so I could return the heli and were console warned about the rules.  

Shortly after the first warning the player returned to the same base and began throwing a boomerang to destroy the minicopter instead of stealing it.  They were given their second warning with the addition that any further infractions would result in a ban.  

The player immediately after the second warning built onto the base for a third time and at that point it was clear that they had no intentions of following our server rules or becoming a valuable member of our community.
