More Info: Player has had previous warnings in regards to conflicts with other players, they had been previously told to use the mute function rather than let their anger get the better of them. 
Today there were a few interactions between Slap Chop and a player.

I am sorry i did not mean to fight with anyone, i even dont speak anymore to avoid it. If you would lift this ban i promise i will not say anything to anyone again and i will use the mute button rather than saying anything. i really like this server and i like alot of the people. this is the only way i get to talk to people.

i hope you can find it in you to forgive me and give me one last chance.

i even tried to change my name to avoid talking to her and she figured out who i was and kept on me about someone that doesn't want to talk to her

i did not handle it well. i should have just ignored her, but she wouldn't not stop raging about her previous convo in discord yelling at me that i was going to tell her why her last teammate woudn't talk to her.

after this convo, i blocked her on discord and changed my ID and she figured out who i was and started in again everytime she saw me. this convo was over her freaking out because she said i stool a sale of 8 sheet metal, which i posted for someone to sell to me and then she yelled in discord over her old teammate not wanting to play with her and she thinks i know why because i know him. this is the player Mini from last year. I should have just blocked her but i thought i could keep it civil in chat, i even gave her alot of seeds and she gave me the clones later and she still kept freaking out on me about this old teammate that wont talk to her anymore

i didn't think i was harassing anyone because i said 5 or 6 things in chat ,  i didn't mean to bring drama into global chat. I didn't know that player conflicts were a bannable offense, much less for it being such a short lived thing. i do agree i shouldn't have said those things and i apologize for that.

This isn't the first conflict you've had within the community, you are well aware of the rules, 3 strikes and how to mute someone. The attacks on this player and overall drama is not something that we welcome in the community. In considering a ban we look at all your history.

For now, the ban will remain in place.

I played with him back a year ago when he had the issue with another player. He also reported the other player and you were the admin that was in attendance. You stated that it was a conflict between 2 player and could not get involved. Mr Bean/ SLap Chop has muted almost everyone he had a conflict with and gets guff from other players because of it. This seems a bit extreme to me  He even messaged  Patient Panda and apologized for the mean comments I am leaving the server also because of this unfair treatment

"For now" the permanent ban stands? Doesn't that contradict  the term permanent ban? Because of the first interaction when his base collapsed because you did nothing he said you could leave you disliked him since. Looks like abuse of power on a player this admin didnt like. Banning players that spend money over every little thing will leave you with eventually none left.

So last year when i had an issue with a player harassing me and i had witnesses to these events and you told to "mute and move on", even though this person had told me to kill myself and you went talked to the other person and got their side of the story and this time no one came and spoke with me and i was perm banned on the word of someone that just accused stabby squirrel and his wife of harassment and his post on this thread was deleted. This is very unfair treatment and i did not have 3 strikes.

That is crap. I dont think Mr Bean/ Slap Chop even had 1 strike. Every encounter he had with admins since hes been on this server, other than current issue  and the time he had to reduce his horse farm, hes never in my knowledge ever had a warning from any admin You talk about a 3 strike rule

It was reported by the player that you made sexist comments over voice chat to the same player because you did not get given pump jacks at end of wipe. I asked for clips of this and she did not have them. Like your report of that player i can't ban on evidence i don't have. 

This ban takes into account your history on the server.

Player put in a harassment report in regards to another player. this was dealt with, Mr bean carried on name calling the player. Have told player to use mute.

Player has made a few negative comments in past hours over players asking for items. reminded players to use the mute function.

Player has a large horse farm nearby ranch. Asked player to downsize and player eventually agreed to kill 10 horses (it was 10 more than last wipe and i didn't ask them to downsize then so that number must be ok according to the player.) Wanted admin to compensate in scrap or teleporting horses to a new base. Player made note that they spend money on the server (told player it doesn't excuse them from rules), wanted to drag up past wipe things and go on.

had an issue with team drama that's dragged into the community, think situation exploded after they left team. Mr.bean had been rude and misgendering X, this player in return said kys to mr.bean. Player remains adamant that because they knew player before as male and others do the same it was ok for them to continue misgendering them. Both players put in a complaint. Have asked for evidence in the matter on both sides and nothing came forward. Have asked both parties to stay clear of each other and use mute.

I'm having my friend type this, i shake when i get nervous. First off your saying it wasnt finished you clearly are looking for more reasons why to ban me. The report you got for sexist comments was in private discord voice with Panda and Beebums all i said was girls get more free stuff than guys in rust. i also have the message from panda saying she used her tits to get PJ  i reported the second instance in this list. You told me a few times to mute people and i have. Block the river asked to fix and i complied. I was reported for my horse farm by an admin you asked me to kill 50 horses and i complied. The last 2  statements on the list are from the report that i posted previously and that person saying i was homophobic and bashing me telling me to kill myself and you suggested to mute and move on

Exactly, this is why its a witch burning.You have a one sided scenario your pushing anytime  anyone speaks positive for him and negative for her you tell others theyre not aloud to post in a forum which everyone can read even in a court of law you can have witnesses  speak on your behalf but not in a witch burning Clearly the ban is personal i read your post and it was nothing more than a few rude comments over years time. Whenever he was asked to mute somebody he complied and you took the word of one person without any context and accomplished what you wanted to do I was a witness to everything he testified about on discord with her
