Hello,
I would like to request a review of the ban applied to my character FREYA. I was unexpectedly banned by the anticheat system while being AFK, sitting on a beanbag (chair) and not performing any in-game actions.

When I returned to my computer, I found out that I had been banned without any valid reason. I have never used any kind of third-party software, macro, or modification that would violate the server rules.

I kindly ask that this case be reviewed, as it seems to be a false positive triggered by the anticheat system. I am more than willing to cooperate and provide any additional information needed to clarify the situation.

Unfortunately it looks like you're gamebanned, which means that you're banned by facepunch/EAC themselves, and NOT banned by RustEZ.  These types of bans are something you'd have to go directly to facepunch/EAC about, as we are unable to do anything about them.  information about these bans can be found Here
