Larger Team Size OR Add /clan command/plugin

Can we get larger team sizes or would it be possible to add the /clan command/plugin?  My team is maxed out at 8 people, but we have at least 16 very trustworthy people that live with us and are frequently in game and in the chat/my personal discord.  I don't like having to kick people off the team to make room for other friends with more play time on the server or people that I have been friends with for longer (but decide to join 5-15 days into wipe.  It just makes it really hard to keep everyone happy and play as a real team.

BTW, this request is for US Pure and /clan is available on vanilla servers (Official and community).
