Player had reported items missing and talant was the only one on their body log.  They were sent a console warning and PSA in English and Ukrainian.

While attempting to chat with them in their native language via global chat, they placed a ladder on another player's base to gain access.  They were kicked and sent a second warning with the addition that it was their final.  

They decided to get away from me by committing suicide and re-spawning across the map.  It was there that they went for another players boat.  They were permanently banned as it was very clear they had no intentions of following our server rules whatsoever.  Upon their ban, it was discovered that they REALLY loved laddering into and onto bases to get into whatever they could.
