Dear Rustez staff

                         i wish to Appeal my ban on the Rustez AU Survival Server  
             The Issue was that i had some TC's put up in the offending area without having any locks on it so anyone could have access to it and auth on it. This is where i think the miss understanding has been made.  i believe due to me not putting an lock on it  we both ended up Authorised on that TC in which the logfile would have shown 
what started this was the other player came up to me  and accuse me of blocking hes build area and access to the river by a illegal bridge, without causing issues i wrote in chat " is there an admin on"  Tidalsteak answer the request, i ask in chat if she could tp to me as i wanted to talk and explain the matter, she came over look at the bridge  said it was fine and spoke to other player involve, i went on with my game while she  spoke to other player, she told me that she would look into and get back to me i said ok 
To keep the peace and to try not to cause any further issues  i went over to the TC's that i put up and had access too and delete them and the bridge and i went over to other player and told him what i did  he said something i couldnt quite hear as i walk away back towards my base 

i truly believe that i did not greif the other player  i would say due to my lack of locking it up the other player may of thought it was hes and we both ended up on it  and after i thought i was doing the right thing by taking down the tc and bridge,  after taking down the TC in question it look like the logs as greifing  i would say this was a pure mis-understading and not an act to interfere with someone else game

 i have nearly 4 thousands hours on this server and was an admin on this server (only stop due to medical illness)

Hi Nightstalker (Coldheartdeath)

As you can see from the logs I have here that foundations that you removed were owned by the other player not yourself the other player has left them unlocked and you have authorized on them and removed them. (2 of which were removed before you called a admin over)

At this stage the ban will remain in place

this is something that could exactly could  happen to me..... I was hoping on too survival to meet my Team Mate Cold Heart (night Stalker) and he's banned for what exactly I would do....

1- Build a bridge and place TC's down

2- we have a complaint about the Bridge (Neighbour ) !!!

3- I WOULD TAKE DOWN MY BRIDGE AND TC'S TO MAKE PLAYER HAPPY .. 

EXACTLY  what Cold Hearts (Night Stalker intensions was ) he took down bridge and TC's to make player happy .. isn't that what Community is about ? complying and removal of said complaint about ?

 

this IS NOT A FAIR BAN..... Especially a player like myself that has net worth and love for this Server and Community in it for years AND THOUSANDS OF HOURS on it.... 

 

if TC let me take it down .. I would have too ...thinking it was my TC.. i make the way clear for other player.. he could have always placed his TC's where ever wanted with mine gone.. exactly what cold did..

To make this worse.. 2 players that didn't always see EYE TO EYE on Survival play.. Was the Admin to ban him Sweet tooth.. I have respect for Sweet tooth.. But i think he jumped the Gun on this one..

Another Aspect .. Sweet tooth did not speak to Cold Heart before the Ban...Cold Heart didn't even know it was his case . as he spoke to a Different Admin , Who was going to get back to him about it .. Cold has done nothing but try to be reasonable to sort this out

As stated above with the proof in the pics of the logs the TC and Foundations removed by Cold Heart (Nightstalker) WERE NOT OWNED BY HIM! one of the TC's that was removed was no where near the Bridge that was built.

I also don't know how this whole idea that I have a Issue with Cold Heart Death comes from there was one incident involving him and one of the players I use to play with before I became a Admin, there was never any issue between myself and Cold Heart Death and I personally don't have any issue with him.

The Admin who was dealing with the issue is a new admin still in there first week as a admin and as such in this instance asked me to help deal with this issue.

as shown in the pic attached to this reply the blue are where the other players bits were removed from by Cold Heart Death and the red is where the bridge was the bits in blue against the red box would have to have been removed before the bridge was able to be finished this is before the call for admin was made by Cold Heart Death then to one in the blue triangle was removed after the bridge was removed.

the TC was closer to the bridge when cold heart streamed me his game play for our base .. the pyramid was there but none of the other buildings were there.. and THERES WAY MORE TC's in this picture...... .. then was there with the bridge ..

this is all taken out of context.. when the fact is.... cold tried to take his stuff away for the other player to have his way in playing the game.. we do the right thing for another player and we get banned???? ..  is their no loyalty or consideration for players that generally  mean well? that has played survival for years..

 

this is unfair.. Ban for this wipe if you feel the need.. but not  permanently.. Cold has never....!!!  having  been a ex admin Been malicious towards others to take down other players property on purpose.. Someone else  needs to take over this case.. its just messy as I expected it too be here. 

there is mistakes.. and now its just rail roading players that do play by the rules  here

Unfortunately due to the previous warnings on file one of which is for removing another players complete build and the previous ban on file it is a case of the final straw.

For now this ban will remain in place.

Cold Heart Death has every right to get leadership to review this ban if he believes that it is not justified.
