Cargo Rules for Hacked Crates

Hello Team,

Thank you for your attention,

I wanted to suggest or ask if possible to implement a rule about Cargo Loot, so at least one scientist kill is minimum requirement for the hackable crates
It seems a normal for some peeps to just come and loot the crates even when they did not kill not even one scientist
I may have been waiting for long for the crate to spawn, and someone comes and hoard the crates and take it, seems a lil unfair to be honest.

The rules for cargo turn up in chat when it spawns on the map (or they do so in modded.)
It is first come, first served. Yes players should ideally take part in npc killing for the loot and ideally players should work together and split the crates/loot accordingly as they do with bradley tank and attack heli events. Generosity goes a long way. You can ask for admin assistance if you encounter a player who is just taking loot and you can apply for admin here if you'd like to volunteer. 
We are a community of multiple languages (chat can be turned off, voice chat can be off, not everyone has a mic) and this can be a barrier when communicating in a public event. The public events happen frequently and should be shared around, you have a better chance of doing them solo in off peak hours and later in wipe.

That First Come First Served Rule is honestly annoying.
While maybe Im fighting scientist to clear it and loot, someone can just rush and hoard the locked crates. 
Or even when someone is waiting for a the last crate to spawn, I could be at the back waiting for the spawn and once docks the crate spanws in front and someone else get it, even if I was waiting all the way for the spawn.
I understand yall got your way of doing things and a rule wont be changed as Im seeing, but its totally unfair, at least in PVP you can kill the grubs, but in here we just need to eat it like that and say nothing, which is super unfair but ok
