Dear RustEZ Team,

I would like to respectfully appeal my ban for alleged griefing.

I was banned for taking resources from the Excavator. However, it was only around 1000 metal fragments. I am new to Rust and did not realize that this could be considered griefing. I believed the Excavator is a public monument that continuously produces resources for players.

I was also told that I stole metal scrap. If I broke any server rules, it was absolutely not intentional. I kindly ask you to clarify what exactly I did wrong so I can avoid making the same mistake in the future.

It was never my intention to harm other players or to break any rules on purpose. I sincerely apologize if my actions violated the server rules.

I would greatly appreciate a second chance and I assure you that this will not happen again.

Thank you for taking your time to reply to your appeal.
Your Ban is not regarded to any of the things that you responded with.

Your first offense was for stealing 2 different attack helicopters that did not belong to you. Giving you 1 warning for both.
After this offense i warned you in chat to read the rules.
Your second offense was you and your teammate laddering and looting someones base. (Second warning)

 (1 hour later) AFTER I warned you and your teammate about the rules, you proceed to land another stolen helicopter on your base that did not belong to you or your teammate.
This has lead to your ban. 

Being a weekend away because of IRL stuff, ive started doing some more digging around on the server, finding out you have laddered onto 4 more bases that did not belong to you.
I didnt know you also stole scrap from other and from GE aswell but this will also be taken into you appeal.

This is a breach of our server rules and we will not tolerate any of this, your ban will be permanent.
