un ban request

i just went to the bathroom and left my  game running and while i was AFK my little brother thought it would be funny to say something racist in the game chat witch got my account banned. any chance of being able to get un banned or am i screwed?

With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized.  While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.

Words such as what were used on your account, are not welcome in any context.  

This is plainly stated on the server's loading screen before you enter.

awesome. thanks for being so understanding

honetsly a little upsetting that someone can intentionally use a racial slur on they’re sign or note or whatever it was and was given a second chance where in my situation i wasn’t the one to say this and yet im still permanently banned while this guy was unbanned and is able to be playing, this whole apealing an un ban doenst appear to be very fair in any way shape or form

i apologize for coming off on the stronger side, i’m personally a little upset, i bought this game specifically to be able to play on your servers because my friend said it was so enjoyable and i was on the server for maybe 2 days before this happened and now ive got this game for no reason and its because of someone else’s actions, so i do apologize for coming off so strong, its just a frustrating situation to be put in
