The "Pouch" feature of /CH

I would like a detailed explanation of the "Pouch" feature of the challenges mod. I've searched here and Discord, but can't find any answers.

Does it work like the VIP satchel, and if so, how do we put things in/get things out? Will those carry over on wipe day? Etc.

 

Also, rename the challenges something tongue in cheek: 

death by drowning = "Buoy"

death by rads = "Night Light"

The pouch is for rewards if you are eligible to claim them, any unclaimed will be sent to the pouch and will remain in the pouch for 4 days making it possible to carry them over to the next wipe.
