The player displayed clear disrespect toward the admin team after being confronted for stealing. During the interaction, he referred to the admin as "autistic" and continued to show a dismissive and hostile attitude. 
This behavior occurred in the presence of another admin, who witnessed what happened and the player's conduct firsthand.
Due to the disrespectful behavior toward staff and refusal to cooperate and show respect, a ban was issued accordingly.
