Shmidly first joined our server US Pure under the name of "the whistler" they were warned for building onto another players base and advised to review the server rules. 

 

Shmidly joined us again on Pure+ under their new name and seemed to be targeting a specific player.  They gained access to the inside of the base and refused to leave.  Inside they could not access player boxes but were able to take over the players motorcyle and drive it around the base.  They were kicked with another note to read the rules and rejoin a verbal set of rules were given and a PSA was posted in chat. 

Shmidly followed the player repeatedly around the map and refused to leave them alone.  A formal final warning was sent, and they were advised to move along.  When they again found the player and continued the harassment via global chat a permanent ban was issued.
