Hello I apologise for stealing i hadn't read the rules before joining the server l, while playing yesterday I was given a warning and made aware of the rules I didn't steal anymore after the in-game warning message popped up but today i received a permanent ban and I haven't even been online... why give me a warning if your just going to permanent ban me anyway??

I'm requesting a unban as this is the only PVE server that has low enough ping for me to enjoy rust

Thank you for your appeal.

I want to make it clear that you've been playing on this server since last year, so claiming that you don't know the rules is not a valid excuse. You were already warned during the previous wipe for stealing, yet this wipe you started stealing immediately after spawning.

Even after receiving a second warning, you continued to steal. I personally found you inside another player's base taking their items. This shows that your actions were intentional, not a misunderstanding of the rules.

So, what exactly would you like to discuss?

I've never actually read the rules of the rustEZ servers until after my ban, I would liked to be given a second chance on the RustEZ servers if possible? Going forward I promise to not steal other players items and to integrate into the community better.

I would like to give you a second chance only once, but please understand that this is your one and only ban reversal. Also keep in mind that if you are found stealing again, you will be permanently banned without any further warnings. I expect you to respect the server rules and ensure this does not happen again. Good luck. 

Here are the server rules: 
1. No raiding, griefing, or looting of any kind.
2. No spam or harassment, either via mic or chat.
3. Disrespect, racism, or any form of discrimination is not tolerated.
4. Do not camp loot rooms, monuments, or highly concentrated areas.
5. Building in caves is allowed, provided that you ensure safe passage for players.
6. Blocking waterways, surrounding monuments, or monopolizing large areas of land is prohibited.
7. Avoid excessive building. Buildings that cause performance issues for others may be required to downsize.
8. Pipes can only connect containers that are in close proximity and must not span large distances.
9. No politics or controversial discussions or imagery. Maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for all.
10. Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics in a way not intended by the game creators is strictly forbidden.
11. You may promote yourself once every 24 hours. You may not promote communities.
12. Be a decent human being.

The ban will be lifted within 24 hrs of the time of this post.
