Hello, after some thought, would it be more fitting that VIP equates rather to a simple membership/loyalty card and subscribers have access to VIP? In daily rewards it seems logical to reward players for holding a membership and the subscribers are rewarded the VIP perks? Should verified discord titles, "VIP"/ loyalty card holders and subscriber discord titles have access to the extra discord channels? I would have thought FAQ staff would already have access to the staff channel re discord specifically.

FAQ staff are helpful players who share their general knowledge of the server who have been around for years, any information they share is from experience.
Subscriber channel came about as it focused on the Elysium server which began as subscriber only. It wouldn't make any sense to create more channels for VIP/sub as death said on discord.

Subscriber has completely evolved after we made Elysium free to play. Now it's basically a monthly VIP with the additional benefits it had before. They have access to all in-game VIP perks including the daily VIP. I didn't fully comprehend the feedback here so feel free to elaborate on parts I skimmed over.

As for the indexing issue with the action menu that'll be fixed in a new update coming out today. The frontend is still a WIP

sorry Tiff um, it seems you misinterpreted my post a bit there, to clarify, I agree FAQ staff are helpful players hence why they got recognition and made staff, however there isn't actually any suggestion of adding/creating more discord channels, just referring to the channels that are already there.
