player became toxic in global chat to a younger member of the community for no apparent reason other than they knew they were rather young.  After being asked multiple times in chat to mute the player and move on by multiple admins, the player continued to instigate the situation, and was muted and warned for toxicity in chat.  Upon reviewing their player notes it was noted that they've been muted two other times on different servers as well as warned a significant amount of times for the same behavior at which point I issued a ban on their account to prevent further impact to the community.
