Obvious issue would be that pvp damage would have to be enabled and consent would be needed if people wanted to get pvp achievements. I don't know how everyone feels about getting game achievements but I kinda enjoy chasing them. On the ps5 I got the platinum trophy and would like to do the same but I don't have the constitution to play on pvp servers.
