Want to appeal my Autoban

I got autobanned for racism, know exactly why, heres what happend: I wanted to send (loot transfer system) my teammate a note that said the N word, as a joke with my teammate. As soon as i finished the note I got autobanned. I have never typed anything even close to that direction in any public chats and I have learned from this. It will never happen again and I would please like to be unbanned.

Thanks for holding a little while, I have now returned to handle your case. I see you indeed wrote the N word on a note, and the server flagged you for racism. 

With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in  all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized.  While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.

Words such as what you used, are not welcome in any context (So yes, also as a joke!).

If you could just verify that you understand the stance of the server as well as refresh yourself on our rules:

 

No raiding, griefing or looting of any kind.

No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, politics, racism or harassment.

No camping loot rooms, monuments or any highly concentrated areas.

You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players.

No blocking water ways, building around monuments or large areas of unused land.

 

Then I continue in giving you One chance to be unbanned, but this record is permanent on your record.

Yes I fully understand the stance of the server and I am deeply sorry for this incident, as mentioned before It will never happen again. I also read the rules again, as per your wish.

This was a private note, you were able to read it only because you violated our privacy.

As you know privacy is a really important aspect of modern life.

thanks for the proper response, you are now unbanned! I appreciate it.  

 

To regards what your friend Marin mentions, I have mentioned to him twice that this was a server automated ban, not a manual one done by me. You may send me privacy videos, but it won't change the fact that racism was detected on a server where the rules are very clear that it's not allowed and reprimanded.

Lol you're just ridiculous, please use your brain : First, how could you be here if it's private? It's public, on public website, on a public forum, anyone can come here and comment. Second, I'm his teamate and you are just a random person, I'm way more concerned by his ban than you since I play with him on a daily basis.

That's wrong I can clearly read all threads on this forum. Not only the one from my teamate. That's unlike the note that he sent to me, that nobody can read because our base has locked doors and the storage in which he sent it to me was locked as well: Nobody could read it before we remove it, but since the bans happens immediately there's no way to remove it afterwards. This was never intended to be used as an insult to anyone or being displayed publicly, it's clearly a violation of our privacy, hence the misunderstanding.

There is no expectation of privacy when communicating anywhere within our server, especially on notes that exist physically in-game for anyone to read. Even if the note was in your base, anyone with access to it can read it. While you may intend for one person to read it, that doesn't mean it's private or exempt from moderation. Our rules apply regardless of where you write it or who you intended to read it.
