I got banned for griefing and stealing i didnt read the rules before i got my first warning but after getting warned i read the rules and i didnt steal or grief after that so i dont know why i got banned

Thank you for participating in the appeals process box. Your ban report can be found here, so you can understand in detail why the ban was issued:

Your first strike was for griefing by crashing a heli into another player and their heli as they were landing. When I came over to you and the other player you griefed, the griefed player mentioned they were robbed. You refused to use the surrender emote to show me if you actually had stolen items or not, so that is when I kicked you and asked you to review the server rules. This happened after your first warning, and when I kicked you I did find the reporting player's items in your inventory, so stealing was your second strike. Failure to read the server rules upon joining the server does not excuse any rules that were broken. After the first two warnings, I received another complaint about an attack heli being stolen from a player who was visiting my base. Since this occurred at my base and I witnessed you in the stolen attack heli (which is same attack heli you then used to grief another player with) I realized that would have been your actual first strike making griefing second and stealing again your third and final chance. 

Given the rapid succession of these events occurring I did plan on giving you a second chance if you appealed. However, you immediately logged onto (US) RustEZ Pure on another account under the name Z and continued stealing. I discovered the stolen items on you when I immediately banned your alt account once another admin pointed that out to me. With these last actions you took, it is very clear that you have no intention of following the server rules. At this time your ban appeal is declined. We wish you luck finding a server that better suits your style of gameplay.

When i hopped on the other account i was looting loot that was going to despawn so i didnt think there was a problem with that.

After an extensive review of the evidence we will give you another chance but first I'll let you know some simple methods to make sure you can avoid facing anymore issues.

Stealing of any kind is against server rules,  basically if you don't own it don't touch it without permission. As far as decaying/purges bases is concerned you are only allowed to take loot from grey satchels on the ground which appear when chests and containers decay, nothing else.

Also I have to warn you that in these circumstances when a ban is lifted that any more transgressions, even one, can mean the ban will be reinstated permanently. It's just how we are required to do things. 

Just to make sure you know our servers rules and avoid any more issues I'll list them here. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with them.

   Server Rules: 
 - No raiding, griefing, or looting of any kind.
 - No spam or harassment, either via mic or chat.
 - Disrespect, racism, or any form of discrimination is not tolerated.
 - Do not camp loot rooms, monuments, or highly concentrated loot areas.
 - Building in caves is allowed, provided that you ensure safe passage for players.
 - Blocking waterways, surrounding monuments, or monopolizing large areas of land is prohibited.
 - Avoid excessive building. Buildings that cause performance issues for others may be required to downsize.
 - Pipes can only connect containers that are in close proximity and must not span large distances.
 - No politics or controversial discussions or imagery. Maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for all.
 - Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics in a way not intended by the game creators is strictly forbidden.
 - You may promote yourself once every 24 hours. You may not promote communities.
 - And the life rule - Be a decent human being.
