Glizzy_Gobbler_21 It has been a mere month since you attempted an appeal and were denied. I've linked the rationale for that denial below for your convenience, in case you've already forgotten what it advised. The likelihood of a return from a double ban for anyone is slim. This frivolous appeal, along with your continued inability to hoist in the reasons for your ban in the first place, are cementing in my mind that those chances should move from slim to none. Please continue enjoying Rust on servers that match your play style.

Glizzy_Gobbler_21, thank-you for taking the time to attempt an appeal of your permanent ban. The details of your ban, back in October of 23, can be found here This happened to have been your second ban on our server. While it's not completely unheard of for someone to make their way back to our servers after bans like this it usually involves at minimum a significant time away from the server for the player to mature and reform. Given the serious nature of the multiple grievances, and the attitude you showed at the time, I'm remiss to believe that kind of reform could occur in a mere 8 months. At this time I'm not willing to expose our player base to a repeat of the toxic game play you brought to our server. While I agree with your sentiment that we have the best PvE servers, I believe it is in part thanks to the efforts we put in to ensuring the player base is free from toxic game play. I wish you the best in finding an alternate PvE server to continue your journey in Rust.

Offender: ZXC Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 5 May 24 1943h EST Length: Permanent Reason: Stealing/Griefing More Info (Optional): Player received warning for multiple instances of twigging, stealing, and griefing and was advised to read and follow server rules to avoid a ban. Player then accessed another team's base via exploit and looted it completely. Given their history and the widespread negative impact to other players on the server ZXC has received a permanent ban. I believe their continued play on RustEZ servers would only lead to additional toxic game play and detract from game enjoyment for others. Player is encouraged to seek out servers where their style of gameplay is acceptable.

Offender: Sumul Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 22 March 24 2106h EST Length: Permanent Reason: Player Harrassment and Griefing More Info (Optional): Player has received warnings 16 March and 17 March for stealing/griefing and advised to read and follow server rules to avoid a ban. 22 March player was witnessed by admin to be actively harassing other players and had to be kicked to stop the harassment. After reviewing their history I have decided that warnings as a corrective measure are ineffective with this player and that the player has no intention to follow server rules. Their continued play on RustEZ servers will only lead to additional toxic game play and detract from game enjoyment for others. Player is encouraged to seek out servers where their style of gameplay is acceptable.

Offender: Monstrum Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: February 3, 2024 10:10 PM Length: Temp - 5 Days Reason: Continued Griefing after Warnings More Info (Optional): Player was warned on 16 Jan about raiding/stealing/griefing on another RustEZ Server. 3 Feb I witnessed Monstrum stealing an air drop and warned them verbally. A follow up official warning was sent. A few minutes later Monstrum accessed another players furnace via base exploit. A temporary ban was issued to ensure the player knows the seriousness of griefing on our servers and to ensure they read the rules before returning. It is hoped that the player can be reformed with this ban and return to RustEZ servers as a valuable and contributing player that doesn't impede or infringe on the gameplay of other.

Offender: racechamp2268 Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 7 Jan 24 4:35 PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Player Harassment and Griefing More Info (Optional): Player had been kicked and warned to read server rules after entering another another players base via twigging and accessing their furnace. Player was sent a warning. Player returned from kick and began harassing the player whose base they broke into. Player disregarded verbal direction by admin to leave the area and to stop twigging onto players base, speaking over the admin and making derogatory comments over voice. Player's disregard for server rules and admin direction necessitated a ban to protect other players enjoyment of gameplay.

GLIZZY_GOBBLER_21 you have failed to hoist in the reason for your ban. The stealing of parts was not the issue. As you stated, the cars were there for free. The issue was that after being explained the purpose of the vehicles by the owner you started advertising the parts you took in general chat being for sale in an effort to intentionally upset the owner. This is the definition of griefing/harassment. Multiple warnings, along with a temporary ban, all surrounding player harassment demonstrate a history of disregard for other players enjoyment of game play along with a failure to correct that toxic behaviour. At this time I do not believe you would return to the server as a reformed player and that you would continue trying to make the experience of playing on our servers a negative one for others. The ban will stand. You are encouraged to explore other servers, perhaps finding one more in line with your play style, and/or focus on developing yourself as a community player on those servers. Offender: GLIZZY_GOBBLER_21 Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 18 Oct 23 7:45 PM EST Length: Permanent Reason: Player Harrassment and Griefing More Info (Optional): Player has received multiple warnings surrounding player harassment and has recently returned from a temp ban. Harassing behaviour continued by his stripping of 5 lifts containing free mod cars for player enjoyment to scrap and sell the parts, and then doing it a second time after the owner of the free car shop explained the intent for the free cars. A review of chat logs indicated that the player was intentional acting in a way to upset or negatively impact the enjoyment of the game by others. Player has exhibited a complete disregard for the enjoyment of the game by others on the server, which has been documented as repeat behaviour, and efforts to correct that behaviour have been ineffective. Player will need to pursue gameplay on other servers more suitable to their style of gameplay.

Offender: Mr funny man Battlemetrics | Steam Server: US Pure Time: 10 October 2023 5:54PM EST Length: Permanent until appealed. Reason: Stealing, Harassment, and Racism More Info: Player was caught stealing and sent a warning. Player was reported for harassment a short while later. Player was warned verbally and eventually kicked and sent a warning for the harassment. Player returned from the kick and erected a racist sign pointed at the player they were harassing's base. Given the blatant disregard for server rules, and persistence in breaking them, which includes intolerable racism, a ban has been issued.
