Looking through the evidence and the in game logs, yes this was a stupid action. As you're aware now this isn't socially acceptable or accepted in our community as the bot stepped in and instantly banned you. With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized. While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers. Hi Engoo / •☆BOZKURT☆•, I appreciate your post but I need a little more information before considering your ban appeal. My primary concern is how have you learned from your mistakes if you cannot recall them? You were banned for the culmination of back to back rule breaking over 5 days at the start of the June wipe and constantly ignoring instructions from the admin team to stop breaking the rules. The list of warnings that led up to your ban: Stealing airdrops Attempted to steal a motorbike from a player in front of an admin Looting a sleeping player Repeatedly camping dome after being told for 30 minutes not to camp monuments You then ultimately looted another sleeping player. Now knowing the reasons for your ban can you please inform me how you have adjusted your playstyle so we won't have a repeat of June? How would you feel if your airdrop/motorbike was stolen from you? How would you feel if your loot was stolen from you whilst you were offline? Most importantly, how has the last 6 months away from RustEZ changed your playstyle and why do you wish to return now?

You took over another players build placing a locked tool cupboard down, picking up all of their boxes, items and emptied both their entire build and the clothes off their back. You then proceeded to build a compound around this players build trapping them inside. Your actions were completely unacceptable. Raiding, stealing and griefing another players build will not be tolerated. That being said, you will get a second chance. Just one. The ban will be lifted once 72 hours have passed, but it will remain on your record. There will be no additional chances as this post should encourage you to change how you treat the belongings of others in our servers and to abide by the rules. Alpasha replied here: Hello RustEZ Staff, I would like to appeal my ban from the RustEZ Pure PvE server. I want to start by sincerely apologizing for my mistake. I understand that PvE servers have strict rules to keep the environment friendly, peaceful, and fair for everyone. Unfortunately, I made a bad decision when I took items from another player. I now understand that this is not allowed and goes against the spirit of the server. This was my first time on RustEZ PvE, and I did not fully understand the rules. I take full responsibility for my actions, and I promise that this will never happen again. My only goal is to play peacefully, respect the community, and enjoy the PvE experience without causing any problems. I kindly ask for another chance to be part of your server.
