Hi Havoc, You've had an eventful wipe day/evening, reminds me of my PvP days. Welcome to RustEZ PvE. I appreciate your posts but I need a little more information before considering your ban appeal. My primary concern is how have you learned from your mistakes if your solution to any negative feedback is player harassment? You had an informal ingame voice conversation with AnarchyVII about what is defined as stealing regarding drops and event crates, his internet drops, disconnects and you looted his sleeping body. You later admitted to stealing an MP5 from said ‘at the time deemed hypothetical’ discussion. xbluelambb then had a formal in game voice conversation with you regarding stealing. Your second interaction for looting the furnace was unfortunately rather dramatic, instead of having a formal voice conversation with anarchy you decided to blew up global chat arguing over the nuances of theft and that you planned on returning your ill-gotten gains… you were advised in chat from multiple players and admins (including myself) to read the rules but you continued… you were then kicked. If you took something from another player that doesn't belong to you, it's stealing. Getting caught and then offering to return the stolen items doesn't negate the initial act of stealing. Whilst in the process of drafting up a formal written warning as you weren’t interested in talking, you reconnected and called Anarchy a “cunt”. Directly calling anyone a profanity in global chat is considered player harassment, no single incident (other than racism) will get you insta-banned. Calling an admin a ‘cunt’ whilst they’re explaining your past theft and why theft is against the rules… is a fantastic way to receive a formal warning. At this point a ban was issued due to the culmination of back-to-back rule breaking as you showed no interest in following the rules and being a contributing member of the community. After your in game ban you started posting on the general/help discord, joined two different voice discords swearing and abusing players from other RustEZ servers resulting in a 7 day timeout for harassment. You then doubled down and threatened an unrelated player via DM who doesn’t play on AU Pure continuing the harassment. What exactly are you appealing? Your multiple thefts, or multiple player harassment incidents against those who were trying to help you? If your intention is to get into arguments with players and call them cunts… I suggest looking for a server better suited to your playstyle. Ultimately the sum of your actions more than warranted a ban. Here are my incident notes for your reference: INCIDENT 1: Anarchy - Stealing from another player’s personal airdrop. Suspected but not investigated, later you confirmed yourself that you stole an MP5. INCIDENT 2 (WARNED): Blue - Stealing from a sleeping/disconnected player. Ingame voice conversation warning + rule clarification. INCIDENT 3 (WARNED): Anarchy - Stealing from a players refinery. Global chat blowup. Players and admins advised to read the /rules again. You continued to be aggressive and were kicked reminding you to read the /rules. INCIDENT 4 (BANNED): Anarchy - Player Abuse - Reconnected to the server and called anarchy a "cunt" in global text chat whilst he was attempting to talk to you in local voice discussing your prior theft. (Post in game BAN / no formal action taken at this time) INCIDENT 5: Kritter – Help+General Discord Posts - confesses to past thefts. Continues player harassment that Anarchy is admin abusing vs posting a help ticket as advised (Sweet Tooth + ExeQtd). INCIDENT 6: JediJess - Joins Scourge Discord VC - advised how to request a formal appeal, continues to rant about Anarchy and continue hostilities. INCIDENT 7: JediDrip - Joins Elysium Discord VC - advised (again) how to request a formal appeal, is abusive and swearing to players - 7 day discord timeout issued. INCIDENT 8: Catatonic - Elysium Player reports Havoc to Catatonic of DM harassment that they timed out havoc (the person in question is a player / not an admin / they do not have the ability to). My current hypothesis… after ~7 hours of playing rust on wipe day you were exhausted which led to extremely poor decision in the early hours of Saturday morning. Now knowing the reasons for your interactions leading up to your ban and post ban interactions, which are more concerning for me, can you please inform me how you have adjusted your playstyle so we won’t have a repeat? Hi Gia, Thank you for taking the time to submit an appeal and for acknowledging the behaviour that led to your ban. You twigged into multiple players builds emptying two players of everything and were found recycling what you didn't want. The accessible boxes that you mentioned were only accessible because you twigged into the builds, making them accessible. Irrespective, if you didn't place something, leave it be, we don't run PvP servers or PvE servers with an end of wipe 'purge'. Your actions were completely unacceptable. Raiding, stealing and griefing another players build will not be tolerated. That being said, you will get a second chance. Just one. The ban will be lifted once 72 hours have passed, but it will remain on your record. There will be no additional chances as this post should encourage you to change how you treat the belongings of others in our servers and to abide by the rules. Take time now to reflect on better ways to add to our community rather than taking from it. Refresh yourself on the rules to avoid any chance of breaking them. Asked to move it on, the other player moved on, you continued and were muted... again 23/08/2025 - (Bluelambb) 12:53AM - Continues to argue and be rude to players in chat, muted for 15 minutes 23/08/2025 - (Bluelambb) 01:50AM - Continued aggression in chat, stalked the player and rammed their car into the other players attack helicopter, claimed lag in chat to cover their tracks... 3 day ban issued to calm down. 26/01/2026 - (Kritter) Played loud music over a hot mic, when asked to fix it gaslit and told me "its just literally" "taking the sound in" advised due to past history to fix their mic or be muted and you immediately complied. 07/02/2026 - (Kritter) 03:48PM - Kicked for blasting music through an open mic... again. Advised if he wishes to 'have a dance club' use the ingame dlc music system so players that don't wish to hear it can mute it (the mic spam is louder than heli rocketing). 07/02/2026 - (Anarchy) 07:43PM - Starting controversy: Called out a player in global chat of camping a monument whilst on the otherside of a map. Not the first time... 3 day ban. (Mooroo) Had a discord VC Chat, advised getting into an argument with other players over global chat isn't the best way forward, if you have an issue with a player and can't amicably resolve it, mute them and move on. You aren't doing that and have now made a name for yourself. If you want a fresh start changing your name is an idea but players will be able to find your history if they know where to look. 05/04/2026 - (Anarchy) Caught twigging into a base, told this is against the rules, wanted to use their refinery. Told they can use refineries in areas like Outpost, further investigation sound this player has been warned enough times. Carried the conversation over into discord, raided (twigged) onto another players build to use their refinery. ---

Offender: YeetFuckers Battlemetrics | Steam Server: Au Pure Time: 13/03/2026 17:30 AEDT Expires: 3 days Reason: Raiding YeetFuckers was issued a formal warning for stealing from two players, confirmed in chat that they understood the rules. Within minutes runs into another players build, not being able to steal anything runs into a second unlocked build and steals mats. 3 day ban issued as Yeet does not wish to play by the rules. Continued infractions will result in a permanent ban.
