Hi Coldheartdeath I would just say I don't take permanently banning players very lightly the fact that you ended up with a perm ban is 100% because of your own actions and not due to any other factors. As a ex Admin you should understand and be able to follow the rules better than any normal players on the servers and unfortunately in this case with your previous actions and behaviors on the server the decision to place the perm ban on your account was made, I understand that this may not have been the outcome you we looking for but unfortunately due to your actions we were left with no other choice. Offender: GEVA Battlemetrics Steam Server: AU Survival Time: 2:23 PM Length: perm Reason: Griefing And Player Harassment Ban Details: Worked with his friend to take over a compound that wasn't fully secured. Destroyed their build, stole their loot and then TC griefed them. Also built a building to block in the owners of the base so they couldn't spawn in and blocked the gate with another build so that they couldn't enter the compound on foot.

I can see where you are coming from but feel this could end up with more people camping at launch

we as admins do a lot of testing and unfortunately facepunch make changes on wipe day that can cause things that were working fine to break

I generally have at least 2 of each in my backpack any time I am out looting monuments. And on top of that most players are normally open to sending you one if you end up in a pinch

Hi AmodaFoXxy As stated above with the proof in the pics of the logs the TC and Foundations removed by Cold Heart (Nightstalker) WERE NOT OWNED BY HIM! one of the TC's that was removed was no where near the Bridge that was built. I also don't know how this whole idea that I have a Issue with Cold Heart Death comes from there was one incident involving him and one of the players I use to play with before I became a Admin, there was never any issue between myself and Cold Heart Death and I personally don't have any issue with him. The Admin who was dealing with the issue is a new admin still in there first week as a admin and as such in this instance asked me to help deal with this issue. as shown in the pic attached to this reply the blue are where the other players bits were removed from by Cold Heart Death and the red is where the bridge was the bits in blue against the red box would have to have been removed before the bridge was able to be finished this is before the call for admin was made by Cold Heart Death then to one in the blue triangle was removed after the bridge was removed.

Hi Nightstalker (Coldheartdeath) As you can see from the logs I have here that foundations that you removed were owned by the other player not yourself the other player has left them unlocked and you have authorized on them and removed them. Hi Aussie_prawn Removing the Teleport and Trade system kind of defeats the purpose of being on a modded server, as another person has suggested you might find pure more beneficial if you don't what the ability to Teleport or Trade

Yet with the flowers you are still making more scrap per same size farm then you would have doing Hemp farming even at 1 scrap, If more players through about others and used smaller farms the issue wouldn't happen, Even selling at 1 scrap with flowers you would have been making more scrap allowing you to make more Networth then if you only had hemp still

Hi Fox The Ban is Permanent given the previous warn you had for Raiding you knew this was against the server rules you then proceeded to Salvage hammer up 5 different players things for one player that being his whole base given the severity of your actions on server this ban will remain in place and we wish you luck in finding a server better suited to you play style. Hi FOX No Raiding is one of the rules that pops up on our /rules and Is also a big part of a PVE servers. Not knowing that you could be banned for it is not really a valid Appeal. Given the amount of players stolen from the ban will remain in place. Thanks Sweet Tooth
