I can see your reason for this but I feel this would cause Monument camping to become more of a problem if this were to be done there should be enough monument/puzzles on the map to be able to go do others while they are resetting there is also on the modded servers the ability to call in things like the Heli and Bradley to shot at using your net worth

again the gambling wheel is a game of chance not a game of statistics. the statistics that you quote to are only the perceived chance as evidenced by the numbers you have given. please google it but replace the words gambling wheel with the word roulette and it will give you a better idea on your chances to win. the gambling wheel much like roulette lands on a random number not a number based on statistics

The percentage rates you quote are to do with the amount of the different numbers on the gambling wheel not the percentage rate that they will land on them.
