something like this probably won't be added as it is a license to print money if you hare having issues with a base that is creating lag spots on the server have a talk with your admins they can then talk with the player in question about toning it down a bit

You have gained access to another players base without there consent this in itself is against the rules.  

You have as you have admitted accessed the players inventory no matter the reason behind it this is also against the rules

Our 2 modded servers do have a /shop

While I can see a benefit and point to this I can also see how it could be very easily exploited by players on the server.
Maybe a better Idea would be buyable trees from the black market the could be placed by players around there base?

Auto bans for racism are automatic by the server and will be due to something you have typed in game and as such is linked to the steam ID that typed the word so if you are seeing that message when you try and join it will be because of something you have typed in game.

unfortunately  â˜†Nicole☆ cabin was gone due to the 7 day purge and was unable to be judged  

As you have said not everyone will be willing to be a admin and we a always looking and approaching players who might be suitable to be one.
That being said even when there are the 8 admins we can have there is not always someone going to be a admin on that is why we have the discord and website so player can let us know of any issues so we can look into it when we are next able to be on the server, If things don't get reported to us we don't know there are issues for us to deal with.

looking at the time it was accepted and changed to have 72 hours on it by my rough calculation there is still about 12 hour's left till it lifts.
