How about to add some mods where People can do Quests for collecting of Wood, Ore, Sulfur, Stone like for collecting 25k, 50k of each and get like some Scrap, Weapons, Tools, ...
And how about to add some mode for PVP on different places on map where people can decide to bild there and upgrade so other can try to attack them in some amount of time to get rewards for it.
And how about to add more NPC on map like Zombies, Harder NPC not only on Monuments but all over the Map. It will make much more fun.
I play on EU Survival and each Wipe is same and it is getting boring.
We have less and less people who play here.
