Additional Info: He was spoken to about the server rules verbally by a admin then turned around and continued to raid a base and wipe everything out of it (took multiple trips) had end game loot by within 5 hours of play time this wipe.

Additional Info: Player went into a base stole a bunch of stuff. (I.E. Metal frags HQM.) When confronted by me he refused to talk and proceeded to steal more. When told to stop he tried to despawn all the loot he had.
