At this point after reviewing everything I'm just going to let you know the ban is not going to be lifted.  We wish you the best of luck in find server that suits your play style.

At this point you have not offered anything as far as an appeal for the behavior that caused the ban.  As previously stated if you submit a valid appeal it will be looked at but the posts you have been putting up are not considered.  As well please refrain from making comments about admins.  This forum is for appealing a ban so please use it for that.

Just asking to be unbanned does not offer any reasoning to consider the appeal.  If a serious ban appeal is posted and not just saying unban me it will be looked at until then there will be no further replies.

In order to get a ban appeal looked at you will need to put a valid appeal in.  Just posting unban me is not going to be considered.  Once a serious appeal is posted the admin team will look at it.

This was not related to racism being hidden there was further conversation with the player that explained the situation and It was determined that the player intended no racism and was unaware of a term that was not a common term for some so I made the decision to allow the player a second chance. It had nothing to do with it being hidden

After the conversations we had with everyone involved we are reducing the ban to a 3 day ban based on the specific situation. 

The ban will be lifted once 72 hours have passed, but it will remain on your record.  There will be no additional chances as this post should encourage you to change how you speak in our servers and to abide by the rules.

Take a few minutes before rejoining, and refresh yourself on the rules to avoid any chance of breaking them. If you are unclear on any of them, or aren't sure what is permitted, reach out to the staff and we'll be happy to clarify them for you.

I am sorry that it will cause some issues with your projects but the word is unacceptable on the servers and with the bans players see and rules that we have it is not a ban that i will be lifting.  It states in the rules ● No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, racism or harassment.  That term is a racist term and is not permitted.

The autoban will not be lifted.  It is a 3 hour ban for language using that word.  When you joined the server the rules were listed so please make sure they are followed.  If you think its a questionable word then chances are we don't want it used on the server.  When unsure better to air on the side of caution.
